Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping across the United Arab Emirates.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the carrier will provide an estimated delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates.

I made a mistake with my order. Can I change it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within a short time after the order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible at glazeduae@gmail.com with your order number and details of the change.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at glazeduae@gmail.com. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
