By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms.


Returns

Return requests are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned with all attachments and accessories

  • In the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for return.

For hygiene reasons, used hair styling tools or attachments cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or tested styling tools

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Promotional or clearance items


Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To review your request, please send:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • A short video showing the issue

  • Your order number

All claims are subject to inspection and approval to ensure a fair and accurate resolution.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 7–10 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is identified


Exchanges

We offer replacements only for products confirmed to have manufacturing defects after inspection.

Exchanges cannot be offered for preference changes or change of mind after purchase.


1-Year Limited Warranty

Your product includes a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers internal technical faults resulting from normal household use.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental drops or impact damage

  • Exposure to water or liquids

  • Incorrect voltage use or power surges

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear over time

All warranty claims are carefully reviewed to ensure a fair and transparent resolution.
